As an Account Coordinator, no two days ever look the same. We support event planners at every stage of their planning journey, which keeps the work dynamic and continually pushes us to think creatively. What I value most is serving as a voice for our clients internally; ensuring their feedback directly influences the evolution of our platform.
What stood out to me most was how approachable everyone is. I never felt like I had to figure things out alone. Even early on, I was encouraged to share ideas to improve or adjust processes and to take ownership. I’ve learned so much by working cross-functionally with many of our sub-teams day to day.
